Sea Scooter Tour | Safety Information

    • Do not touch, chase, or pursue marine life

    • Give all animals space, including turtles, reef sharks, and fish

    • Observe quietly and respectfully β€” let the ocean come to you

    • Remain within line of sight of your guide at all times

    • Do not swim off independently or explore away from the group

    • Your guide is there to keep you safe and show you the best areas

    • Always keep the propeller end below your chest and away from your body

    • Do not place hands, hair, or objects near the prop

    • Maintain a firm grip at all times

    • Loose items are not permitted, including:

      • Long necklaces

      • Loose clothing

      • Cameras or straps that are not secured

      πŸ‘‰ If something becomes entangled, it may need to be cut free

    • Conditions can change, stay aware at all times

    • If you feel tired, uncomfortable, or unsure, signal your guide immediately

    • Stay calm and float, your guide will assist you

    • Do not stand on or touch coral, it is fragile and alive

    • Keep a safe distance from reef, rocks, and the ocean floor

    • Maintain buoyancy and control at all times

    • Be mindful of other participants, swimmers, and snorkellers

    • Keep a safe distance to avoid collisions

    • Do not swim underneath or directly in front of others

    • Only operate the sea scooter within your comfort and ability

    • Follow all instructions provided during the safety briefing

    • Inform your guide of any concerns before or during the tour

    • Stop using the scooter

    • Raise your hand or signal your guide

    • Stay calm and float, assistance will come to you
